Your coaching will include bespoke meal plans with recipes to follow, personal macronutrient and calorie targets.
All coaching packages include access to different recipes and recipe books with calculates macronutrient/calories amounts.
Advanced nutrition coaching options include further diet analysis and dietary recommendations.
I tailor meal guidance for ALL eating preferences from Vegan, Vegetarean, Gluten Free, Dairy Free - I have got you covered!
Your training program is personalised to your exact goals. All programming is tailored to your lifestyle, where you will be training and the time you have available. Throughout your coaching training programs can be adapted and advanced for continued progression.
Training is programmed in specific blocks to focus on your goals and keep the specificity to your needs.
Mobility, stretching, prehab and rehabilitation exercise routines are also available for clients.
Progress is tracked on a weekly basis with multiple measurements. Progress can be logged through the app at anytime! I will be making micro adjustments weekly and checking in with you to make sure your plan is best tailored to your current goals and to keep you accountable.
Weight, Body Circumference Measurements, Body fat %, Lean mass %, Mindset and overall wellbeing through psychometric feedback, Sleep tracking, Step counts, Feedback per workout, Peformance per exercise.
I will be there for you with 24/7 support through the coaching app. I aim to answer as soon as I can! Any questions, form videos or guidance you need I will be there to help.
