I initially started my fitness journey as I was uncomfortable in my skin and wanted to make a change. However, I followed all the wrong advice and it led me down a dark path. I struggled with my mental health, developed disordered eating and isolated myself.
I decided to do something about the toxic place I was stuck in.
I applied for university and managed to secure my spot at one of the best universities in the world. King's College London to study Sport & Exercise Medicine. My degree enabled me to develop a coaching method that is different from other personal trainers and coaches. I understand physiology, biochemistry, endocrinology...all of these topics are IMPORTANT when optimising your fitness progress.
Instead of pursing a career in medicine, I dropped out of med school to pursue my passion in fitness and health. I set up my coahcing company with the mission to help others AVOID the years I wasted dieting, overtraining and hating myself.
I am here to make you realise that YOU CAN achieve any goal you set your mind too.
Since recovering from being severely underweight, I have trained in many disciplines: bodybuilding, powerlifting, cross fit, obstacle course racing, running, yoga/mobility - all of which enable me to program comprehensive and in depth plans for my clients.
